Imagens da Quimera brings out a female glance on human conflicts and wishes, in the search of a plenitude through reverie. They are oneiric fragments which depict the ritual of the actress with the theatrical Mask, relating life/death, dream/reality in one wholeness. The actress takes off her daily mask to give life to the character that, within its trajectory, unveil the dualities of human feeling.

Imagens da Quimera captures the vision of a dream that is represented by the actresses through two characters, one young (Mitôa) and another old: Mitôa receives a message, within a dream, to go searching for a treasure, by getting to the indicated place she recognizes herself in everything she sees and realizes that the treasure is her own existence, the place of the treasure is where she is, accomplishing her dream. The plot was inspired by the short story “The Treasure” that deals with the man in the search of his core. The short story is found in the book “Tales of Hasidm” by Martin Buber.
